These baby-blue cupcakes from Belisa Cupcakes are sure to be the second-cutest additions to any baby shower (the first-cutest being the mother-to-be's baby bump, of course!). 

Thanks to Shelby for turning us on to Belisa Cupcakes' creations!  They're one of our favorite cupcake designers. We only regret we aren't close enough to taste them for ourselves!
